i want to turn off my pc screen when use steam link
hi guy
i have a question
normally when i use steam link i will turn off my pc screen
my game still run normal
but i dont remember what i do
now if i turn off my pc screen the screen in other device just freeze
anyone know what happen and how fix? pls help me

let windows put it to standby in power options after a few minutes of idle
or use winkey + L

remote play needs a display to clone
dont worry about power, monitor only needs 20-40w, maybe 60w if its 50+in

i fixed it and can play normally in all steam game but the same issue still happen when i play non steam game the rpg maker game name Black Souls do u know what happen and how to fix it?

Ok I think i found a way to make it work pretty much all the time. Open steam on your host PC. Turn off monitor, open steam link on client app, connect, and see if it works.
If it works properly just launch the game and it should work.

Although you have to play on borderless windowed for some reason. I tried playing on Fullscreen but it just freezes the screen.
