Well I think it's safe to assume that the admins won't be paying for another month. If this server doesn't expire at the end of January it will probably expire at the end of February.

I'm quitting that server. Admins don't care enough to pay attention.
Also, the starter kit is a pair of pants, stone hatchet and 5 chickens. Hardly does anything for you really and it only works once.

starter kit tho :( hand holding isn't rust, it really kills it for me lol. I've been playing on Hubtopia Chicago PVP SLEEPER OXIDE ECONOMY FULL CRAFT, something like that. There are a lot of bandits since new spawns are actually worth money to kill. It's rough tho, still looking for a new one. But I LOVE the economy system.

Maybe somebody should open up a server? With Doorshare, Pvp, Sleeper, Admins, and drum roll ECONOMY! Also no /list but a /who is fine. We want /help /ehelp /buy /sell /money /share /pm /who :) Economy is cool as hell, you actually get a % in cash of what the guy you killed is worth. So killing nakeds gets you moulah, finally a reason to kill noobs.

Going on 3 days and no word from admin

Still down? Seriously? This is exactly why there needs to more admins if this server wants a community of regular players...2 days bc of a DDOS attack is really bad and its just going to make ppl get connected to other servers.

More admins with RCON access would be beneficial, most of us are still waiting for the server to be up but the longer that players wait, the more of them will go to other servers and give up on this one so let's get it up ASAP!

Admin please roll back server to 1 AM EST 1/23/14 due to extreme DDOS attack. Attacks began at aforementioned date/time. All players online can affirm the DDOS including Pillow, Redchimp, myself, Toyoman89, Awesome Ant, Stephen, Uglydemon, Odd Fellow, Falixx and many others. MANY people lost items and more and we are still awaiting admin response.

SERVER WILL BE WIPED TOMORROW, SUNDAY JAN 19TH DURING THE AFTERNOON EASTERN US TIME. NO SET TIMES YET. NEW OXIDE MOD WILL BE INSTALLED - THIS WILL BE A FULL 100% WIPE. ALL PREVIOUS BANS WILL BE ENFORCED.

Server I'm playing on now did a wipe last night because they said corrupted data files were causing problems. Since then there hasn't been any crashes at all in like 12 hours of playing. Have you guys looked into this?

Any updates on the issue yet ? This server has become unplayable. It's down half of the time and when it's actually up and running it crashes every 15-20 minutes making people lose their stuff. Also mentioning the wipe scared everyone away, you literally have 5-10 people max on the server at all time. I just want things to go back to what they used to be. I hate saying this but this server is slowly dying every day that goes by like this. I know you don't have much control over memory leaks causing crashes nor the server providers not being able to give you " oxide support " but at least keep us updated on what's going on.

There is plenty of a point Robot, as you still can unlock BPs and bring better gear with you. It will likely be a week before we do the wipe now anyway

Also this is extra crummy since there's no point really in playing on the server until the new one is provisioned, as we'd be limited to collecting only as much stuff as we could carry on us ultimately.

That's annoying, hope you get things settled soon.

Bummer, but thanks for the update. Why did they fail to provision a server for you?

The new server provider failed to provision us. As a result we will keep multiplay for the next few days while we wait for a BMFR server with oxide support. I will keep sleepers off temporarily until everyone has a chance to re-adjust. Sorry about the inconvenience this has caused and we hope you continue to enjoy the best rust server yet.

We are working towards the new server and will keep you guys updated on all new information.

I really like the patch my house doesnt get robed over night like it has been and I can now finely build more of the house

New Server Info
The new server will be up within the next 24 hours.
We will post the info for it when it is up.

Here is what is planned:
All Player Inventories will be moved. Sleepers on the old server is off, so put what u want in your inventory now.
All buildings will be wiped.
We do not know where you will spawn
We will have Rust++ Enabled
This means there will be shared doors
This also means anyone with VACbans will be auto banned.
