Hes been getting on steam a lot, and playing games a lot, but I think he was VAC banned. Does that restrict him from messaging also? OR just playing games?

The server needs a scripter, coder, programmar (I'm up for hire :)), and you need to add alot of new furniture, items, and jobs to make the game play for dynamic and active, but its still a great server and it needs to be 24/7 also.
