Hi, not sure what the problem is, but today I'm not being able to join the chat. Can someone please check what's worng? Yesterday I was able to join chat without issues, but today is not working.

I didn't kill anyone, I didn't break any rules. I just couldn't play because my mouse was broken. If I had broken any rules, I would have accepted the ban. Can you give me a second chance?

Hello PINKIE PIE. If I have done anything wrong or made a mistake, please forgive me. I was unable to play for 45 seconds due to a connection and charging issue with my mouse, and then I was kicked from the game. Being kicked didn't worry me; I thought I would fix the problem and reconnect. After fixing the problem and reconnecting, you kicked me from the lobby and banned me from the group. I assumed there was a problem and that you were angry with me, so I'm writing this. I've been grinding stars for about 8 months and have always been careful not to offend anyone or break the rules. If I haven't made a big mistake in your eyes, I kindly request that you unban my ban. If you unban my ban, you can be sure I will be even more careful. :)

Please lift my ban. Did you ban me because I got 44 kills in the game and shot you? I was just playing with a regular knife. I'll be more careful next time, thank you in advance.

im unable to get back in the chat room. it has completely disappeared for my and cannot join back from the button. also tried from browser with no help :/
