Hello! I am GM Normal Guy of the City of Heroes private servers Rebirth and Thunderspy and I've come to elaborate in detail about the resurgence of City of Heroes. Some time starting in April of '19, groups of fans were able begin reconstruction of leaked source-code to bring the game back into fruition after having been unavailable to the public for seven years. As of today, numerous servers allow fans such as ourselves to play our favorite game once more - for free. Some have even gone into great detail to improve the game, and even elaborate upon it in some aspects. A more detailed referendum will be mentioned in the Discussions section of this group and I implore you read it.

I've tried a few out there. Champions is probably the better one, gameplay and customization-wise, but is lacking in actual content, I think. TSW I think I might have liked, but my computer doesn't. Crashes every 20 minutes or so, on a good day. The Star Wars MMO I find too boring and I couldn't get into the Star Trek one either. DCUO I haven't tried, I keep hearing bad things about that one. Marvel Heroes is basically just a Diablo clone that feels like the MMO setup is actually hurting it. Or at least not really helping it in any significant way. Neverwinter looks to have some potential and I've been playing that one a bit of late, usually on friday nights. I'm finding it sort of interesting that the better ones out there were made by the former makers of CoH, so far. I might stick with Champions, if they ever added the foundry to it.

Been flailing between TSW and Warframe. Looking into the other MMOs on the horizon with not much interest...but I'm lookin

ive been playing SWTOR...though my computer struggles with it. Its been a long week, and I really miss City Of...

Aslo been spending some time on Warframe.

NWNO seems a little interesting to me and already playing the other games from them, (STO/CO), finally got a newer PC a little while back so able to play some of the newer games now like SW-TOR if anyone is still playing that.

Any MMOs out on the horizon peaking interest? Marvel Heroes, NWNO, PSO2? Speak ! =9

Hey all, OmegaUltima here (obviously)! Finally got around to rejoining Steam, albeit on a new account. Can't access the old one for some reason...anyway, hope to be seeing you all around!

Oh, and side note, efforts still have not ceased on rescue efforts for the game.
