Hello, i tried sending an email to support@altpug.com almost 30 days ago and have yet to get a response. I kicked a kid for trolling the pug and now im banned for the service still...Have i sufferered long enough? This is rediculous. I could see a week ban maybe.....maybe...but a perma ban for kicking some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ trying to ruin everyone's fun...R E D I C U L O U S

hey can someone help me for the last ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hour ive been trying launch alt pug but everytime i click join alt pug server on the website it just opens cs:go and nothing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happens 1 time it worked and then said you are not verified then alt pug crashed wtf please help

well altpug is really good in competive match
BUT Altpug client (because it's beta) crashes a lot of times so it's a little bit nervouse to play

When I try to log into AltPug's website it keeps on giving the error: An error occured while communicating with Steam Community.

Any known fixes? I can log into it on my crappy Mac though. Wierd.

When I open the altPUG client it tries to load for a while, and eventually it gives an error and says: altPUG client has stopped working.... I've been having this problem for 4 months now, and still havent been able to start up altPUG, help?
