The second one is garbage though, never gets updated/played, it's a broken mess.

It used to be one of the greatest mods, or at least the more populous (GMOD non-withstanding) It was really great though.

Oh yeah. I have Zombie Master but I've never played it with anyone.

How about the original zombie master? It's not dead yet but it is hanging on by a single tendon, the only servers that are still populated are upgrade servers...

It's a bit disappointing that not many people apprecite mods these days. Most of them are playing Call of Duty and Minecraft all the time, so I guess that's why mods are dying. -_-

Firearms: Source is a game that I found a year ago and has been dead for a long time. I never got to play it, so if anybody is interested, I would love to play!

Excellent! I would like to get the community playing these mods again. Especially the dead ones, because there are a lot of excellent ones that need to be played.
