2) Sort of. You can fly from planet to planet yourself, but there will be no orbital mechanics. You will; however, be able to turn off your stabilizers to be able to move in a single direction without "drag" sort of like you would in space. You can see their latest live stream for that.
3) I don't think the devs have said anything about that.
4) I think so, or some system like it.
