Due to Steam store & community down for more than 12 hours, every key prices are extremely raised now.
For that situation, I have updated key prices of both TF2 and CS:GO key lists.

I don't know this will be temporary (only 1~2 day) or remain longer, but on every Steam sales key prices go lower as time come to near the sale end (at least it won't raise like this).
So, if you already decided what gifts do you need, I recommend to trade sooner.

As Steam Winter Sale starts in 24 hours, I write here a schedule for the price list update.
Since all discounts stay same during sale period (probably 12 days), I recommend you to wait for 24~72 hours before trade, until key prices will be stable.

If there are any games you need to know price earlier, please let me know in chat.

-- First 6 hours (As a plan) --
* I will do a livestreaming for Winter Sale, between Japanese Steam users. Also gather the information about the sale event.
* If anything urgent happened while that period, please call me in chat.

-- Within first 12 hours --
* Prices for the most popular games will be updated.
* Base key prices will be decided from the market prices, but probably be changed frequently.
* I will also upload some games to trading bot for non-group members
(you can ask for those games cheaper at here from price list)
* Update the lists at TF2OP and Steamtrades.

-- Within first 24 hours --
* Prices for popular games will be updated.
* I will start to upload another games to trading bot from the list.
* Another update for the lists at trading sites.

-- Probably take sleep after checking popular games --

-- Within first 48 hours --
* All prices for pre-listed games will be updated.
* I will also enable non-credit (item) tradings at Dispenser for popular games.
* Probably key prices will be stable, at that moment I updated all prices.

Also I already made the threads for Winter Sale 2015, so you can bookmark them now if you need.
* All CS:GO keys are counted as same prices, still. If there happens price differ I will write it at the top of each list.
