We have a UGC match with idling but I don't know when we're gonna play because the schedule was given at such short notice

Is it possible that we forfeit the first Pre-season Match? Because we still need a Demo, one of the most important players on our team. Also, the Scout, Noitmina, wants to try out. It's best you find him on my friend's list because you won't be able to find him through search, because his name contains some foreign characters of some sort. A heavy has also posted a comment on our UGC thread.
