Bizzare piece of news for ya:

I was looking up my 64-bit Steam ID through a search engine, seeing what server-based reputation and stat-tracking was associated with it. Among the results was this plain list of Steam IDs and a repeated console command: http://pastebin.com/5T3EcrMR

The commands are RCON-based permanent server bans. The common link between all these Steam IDs, as you may have guessed, is that they are all members of this group. 491 lines + 491 members of this group = Someone, for whatever reason, made a list that would ban all members of the group from whatever server the command/file is run on.

So then, the question is: Who'd do this, and why? What server, if any, was this used on?

@ Starcinder, I'm not 100% on the news scene for TF2, and I'll admit that I did buy the game for TF2 items at first... but then I took the time to look into the game. I don't buy games to throw away, incentives for other games I'm already fond of included. If sucking means to have a great company, interacting with other like minded companies and working with awesome voice actors and businessmen alike, then sign me up.

Starcinder keep your generalisations to yourself TYVM. Sure there are a lot of people buying PN@TIN just for TF2 items but I can guarantee there are also those buying it to support telltale or for the game. Like myself.

It must suck to know that people are only buying Poker Night for TF2 items T_T

Hmm, I never even tried last night. I didn't see anyone on the server though so I'm guessing it was a problem with the server itself (maybe not updated?)
Also TheJoe be warned that the server is on the West Coast of America, so be ready for pings of 200-300 AT BEST.
