-Improved the AI further.
-Made the AI to use a bit larger fleets and some large breakthrough fleets.
-Fixed the dominion AI to be able to use all its clone facilities, so they can produce more Jem'Hadar and there economy will run even more better now.
-Made the Borg able to build more crew recruiting buildings, so they will not run out of crew.
-Did some AI tweakings and fixed more AI bugs.
-And a lot more small fixes and improvements, as always savegame compatible.

- I improved the AI to build better buildings now, and buildings they need.
- AI will work to hold up enough food and supplies for there pops now.
- AI will build more research buildings now.
- AI is more aggressive now and should declare a bit more wars now.
- Pop growth rate doubled, so the AI can build more buildings they need in time.
- AI can buy and sell resources they need now even better.
- And a lot more AI improvements.
- Savegame compatible, you can continue your savegame.

I need help:

One is that the mods I have subscribed to (Yes, they are compatible with the current version), isn't showing up in the mod menue.

The socond issue is that, even when I double chekced to make sure that the steam cloud is connected, I still can't do ironman mode.
