hey Chaøtsu! workshop items cannot be added to models using the "add tf2 items" feature because they were installed from the workshop, go the place where you downloaded it and see what the name is, it should be something along the lines of item/hat/sfm or something and put it in the add models text box

Vintage Tyrolean : No paint

With a stock medigun but like on the Selection Menu in TF2
