Theh next stable update won't feature an Anti-cheat system. So It's unlikely the server will be back at all. And even if it did it'll only end the same after not long. :tcry:

Ive noticed that in "universe" folder you can open "accesscontrol.config" with notepad or notepad++ to manually ban players even if there's lack of ingame commands.

There's a patch for STARBOUND, server is operating on an older version so if you've downloaded the update (like me) you can't join the server anymore. Sad panda!

Just read this "We’ve decided NOT to wipe characters or worlds. This means if you already have overpowered items or planets they will remain that way. We’d recommend starting a new character to assist with beta testing."

From what I've heard that's fairly normal. I know a co-worker had half a dozen friends all wiped by the UFO when it appeared.

Bah, I'm fine with it. I actually think it will help. I don't know if I did something wrong but that first Saucer with the distress beacon was REALLY tough for me. After 15 minutes it was still at half health left... Not sure that's normal.
