Don't worry about the crew on the deck just dive. I'm being serious all you have to do is dive.

As for the menu, if I remember correctly its on the mid-left side of the screen. Just right click then click on:
Surface
Perriscope Depth
Dive
Crash Dive

Hello i got this game from steam and i cant find the control menu can anyone help me since i need to dive but some of my crew are on top deck and i dont know how to order them
