Hello there and welcome!
If I remember well you can unlock all the characters from ingame by bringing up the console and writing "unlockallchars"; the UT MapMixer is a great tool for messing around with settings such as bot stats. As for mods, Renegade X, Crucible, Sanctum and AFF: Planetstorm are some great ones. If you need more help or links to the mods you can always jump in the chat, it's generally populated with at least 2-3 of us! =)

thanks for the invite Anemia, I jsut got ut 3 and I dont know how to unlock the other characters and I cant seem to edit the bots so I can adjust their accuracy to be more deadly .... in ut 2004 I liked to edit all my bots.. oh and can someone tell me any good mods and how to run them with the new patch?
