For anyone still in this group, I just started a new Rust server - Shenanigans. A few simple mods, solid raiding, cheaters will be removed.

After careful consideration we've decided to not keep the server running. We've noticed that less people come online each day, and while we appreciate the experience we've had so far we do not want to spend money on a server that may be empty in a week. The amount of money may not be huge, but it's a cost we all three could do without at the moment. We would still like to host a server, and we probably will in the future when the game exits Alpha, is more stable and allows for better and easier administration and maintenence.

The server will be taken offline sometime during January 27th, and will continue to be online until then. Thank you for playing on our server, and hopefully we'll run into some of you guys on other servers!

For those of you that having trouble connecting to the server: Rust was recently updated, and if you've already downloaded that update you can't access the server until it has too been updated. This is managed by our host at the moment, so messaging me about it won't change anything. This is a process that every host needs to go through, even though some are quicker than others.

The server hosted by Multiplay is paid for until the 27th January, and we're currently looking for alternatives. Finding a server that matches our demands regarding file access, location and cost is currently our priority. If you have questions or suggestions regarding this, feel free to contact me.

We're in the process of swapping to another host, preferably one that gives us full access to every file, thus making it possible for us to control every aspect of the server. It'll take a couple of days, as we have to secure the current files in order to prevent a wipe, and we also have to find a host with prices within our budget.

For the moment the whitelist has been turned off, and will like remain that way a few days.

Our host screwed us over again, and resetted the whitelist once more. I'm so very tired of this, and I'm unsure of how to solve it at the moment. Check back here for news as I can't possibly message 150 people with updates.

We have access to the list in the control panel now though it seems, so at least we've got that going for us, which is nice.

..aaaaand they just added ANOTHER update, wiping the list once more in the process. Here we go again, hand in your IDs.

The server is back online, as the whitelist plugin has FINALLY been fixed. Here's the rub though: The list has been wiped clean, so I'll have to add everyone again.. manually. Message me your SteamID, or register via www.rust.jksoft.se .
