If you're going to have a givaway, you can post it wherever. But if someone wants a givaway to be private then it should stay in the intended area.

I feel Rule #7 needs clarification. I agree you shouldn't spread private giveaways that people have posted, but if I create a giveaway, I see no problem with posting it on both chats.
