Well, I really do appreciate your concern and support. I am doing everything that I can do. I've contacted Treyarch via Twitter which has been useless. My Steam Support Ticket has also proven to be a waste of time so far. I emailed Activision and Treyarch a well-written email, also including how I am willing to fly to Santa Monica and play right in front of them; no reply from that. Still, I have not given up yet. As far as the BO2 community is concerned, Polo isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
