I can give you a few hints of what might be wrong with your guys raffles. First of all, you guys seem really desperate to get people to enter raffles, that's mistake number 1. Secondly, you sort of set a bad example for your frist raffle by charging a entry fee, that's something you want to do when your group is at large. Thirdly, and this links up to my second hint, you only have 152 members, why make such quick decisions off that. Let your group grow first and see if it's still successful.

One thing I must point out is that you can't use the pb raffle command for this since it's a paid raffle, if you want to use the pb raffle command the raffle must be free. Just sayin :D
