From now on we're going to use a rule for moderating the channel which is to always timeout first and if the same actions continue then we will ban people (Unless they are obviously trying to cause problems). If someone gets timed out it'd be best if we whispered them why they got timedout. If the person is not happy with it, tell them hey man these are the rules, we try to keep the chat friendly and fun place to hang out for all.) its alright to make a mistake there is nothing that we do that can not be undone.
