Added two new tweaks to the Loose cannon:

- Chain cannon:
cannonballs will chain between multiple targets

- Seeker shot:
cannonballs will copy the velocity of the target, setting up a double-donk

The powerbar is now left-aligned

added Config menus
You can now adjust the X and Y position of the powerbar
also added support for changing the powerbar style

your configs are saved between sessions!

A major under-the-hood update that binds most previously hard-coded values to ConVars.

Added the stoic perk from Payday 2 as a tweak for the bottle:

On taunt with melee out, gain 75% resistance for 8 seconds.
Afterwards, you take the resisted damage over time.

The applied damage over time counts as melee damage.

added homing shot tweak to the manmelter
added rage damage scale tweak to the hitman's heatmaker
server now supports 10 players

fixed sniper backpacks getting the wrong upgrades
