Yeah i remember him cause the pic on his profile, i played with him some times.

thats sad to hear. I only knew he had issues with collapsed lungs(think he said it happend more than once)

I'm not sure if it's 100 % true, but as far as i recall Sammy suffered from an illness in which he had to take medication. The medication lasted for a long long time. Eventually more problems started to occur and he had to take more medication. Then at a sudden time he had to get hospitalized more and more. I think it had some correlation with serious headaches and pain. Anyways if you want more explanation you should talk to his brother. (he has a Steam account). It's sad, because i used to play with Sammy almost every day on the 1upz server. I had no clue what was wrong with him untill i spoke to others about the issue.
