I will be giving away some hats and random gifts to players on the server, probably once every couple hours on March 13. If you want to be involved in these random acts of kindness, please collaborate with myself and Auzzie. We're still open to ideas for what to do during the event, so please share your ideas.

I am also going to give a copy of Portal 2 to the person who can best serve the community. The game will be awarded once we reach 500 members. Once we hit that goal I will also consider getting a second TF2 server.

And by "best serve" I don't just mean someone who invites new members, but someone who can devote time to popping the server, invites new members and has a respectable stats score. This is separate from the birthday event because it's based on community contributions, but I think they will tie in together nicely. Admin are not necessarily excluded, but if you feel you're already going above and beyond the call of duty I've probably already gifted you something in the past.

Due to the obvious server issues we've been having, our host has decided to upgrade our server. Expect downtime and lag over the next 24hrs due to migration.

Apparently, we're moving to "a much faster system with hardware RAID 10, SAS 15K RPM etc..."

"So I was on the MB server, and I got harassed for using the backburner and killing some spies. Then I got crits turned on for me, so everybody else did critical damage to me.

Nowhere did the rules state that backburners were not allowed. It's a fun server that I have favorited, but I must say your admins are terrible."
