Everyone say that 2.66 was good price, I still remember the times when keys were 2.33, and that was perfect :eye:_:eye:

I agree to the point of this group that key prices are too high all i can really make out of all my things is is probably only 2 rec. And 1 scrap metal cause i like all of my weapons but hey who‘s to judge? Anyways back on topic: people think it‘s alright to keep on raising the key prices just a little bit each time only to have that price keep going and become permanant. Course i can afford a key right now because of a clean fez (THAT I WONT EVER SELL). If we keep selling keys at lower prices people may discover (or at least think) that the prices are lowering on keys therefore making each lower price become stuck within pricechecks and all.

I'm gone for what.... 3 months and this ♥♥♥♥ happens? Wonderful.... Bring em down to 2.55-2.66. More items in a market = Less Pricey. So, the logic on the price raise is equal to 0

The only perfect trading world would be dropable keys. Why? Trading would become obselete and people will just play the damn game
(Lol copy paste)

Let me attempt to spit this:

Green paint cost 1.33 metal. You can sell it in market for dollar a piece. 1.33 x 3 = 4 refs (same as one key). Key cost 3.66-4 refs. You can sell it for 2 dollars a piece in the market. So would you rather pay 2.66 (old key price btw) for 2 paint cans, than pay 4 refs for essentially the same exact outcome in the end?

I have a friend that I buy keys from ALL THE TIME. He's a really reliable trader and I know him in real life. He sells keys for $1.35 opposed to you getting ripped off for $2.15 on the market. He's stocked with over 1000 keys all the time. Just add him here http://eo.steamhost.cc/steamcommunity_com/id/Overslop
You're welcome for the keys (: Do whatever the hell you want with them and maybe even take advantage of this 3.66 deal if you buy enough :D

so i cant buy keys here? ok, im leaving

Very odd. Keys seem to have stopped with the price growth. It's been at 3.55 for the past 3 weeks. My only guess is that community market's prices gone preposterously high, almost as same as in mann co store, thus it stabilized; almost no point of buying keys from market.

According to this, in order for you to save anything from buying them off market - you have to buy at least 75 keys (since difference is literally 1 cent in between the two price points). Makes market completely pointless for retail purchases.

V no, the prices will just continue to inflate, making ref less valuable. Basic economics my boy.

According to this, they'll sustain at 3.66 for couple of weeks maybe. Just like they did at 3.33, before they go into "scrap values" all then all the way to 4 rapidly. Then another "sustention". Cycle repeats.
