Short answer: Yes.

Take a look at our Giveaways section of the Discussions tab, there you will find all on-going giveaways, along with a ton of old giveaways with proof of the winners being awarded their prizes.

Also, keep in mind that the vast majority (actually all since I'm in the middle of my exams) of announcements posted in this group link to giveaways in other groups, so they have virtually nothing to do with this group.
