It happens alot while playing

FIXED!
Please valve stop adding HAT and just fix this ♥♥♥♥...
I was just playing TF2 and suddenly I have a sound crash. My in game sound keeps looping over an over. I don't know what to do, I have tried nearly everything I have searched. I have verified the game cache files multiple it still no result. Please if someone can help me that would be great.
This month, I've started playing again, and I've found that I too am now a victim of the random freezing. It gets really infuriating when the game decides to take a nap for a few seconds right when you're attacked, especially if you're trying to avoid a backstab or headshot. The freeze lets them win every time. And then there's the rare but obnoxious 10-second-long freezes that ENSURE your death.
by doing this, you will be able to play crash-free, but you won't have your items, and people may call you f2p. Happy thanksgiving.
*EDIT* I seemed to have fixed the problem by wearing headphones, played a full round of payload. So try wearing headphones and see if that works for you.
Now what? :/
