I thought i would (well, since it is open, this is kinda moot, i guess...) ask for a group invitation or somethin', I picked this game up on steam, (finally) and got back into it after having not played it since it was first released on the x360 console, I would love to play with any members who are still an active part of the community-in and of itself-and i am totally onboard with you're mission statement! The game could have been better, to start at one end is the Multiplayer layout. They should have let us see the total amount of servers available, and go from there. The console adaptation simply doesn't work.

Anyone up for some Team Deathmmatch?

Just checked this hub out after a year or so of being away. I was just thinking that holding "Event Nights" for FME might work out really well. At the very least it would give the community notice of when people could potentially be on. It would take out a lot of the 'waiting' or 'lobby jumping' away and make for better matchmaking.

Thanks Orange! It was an honor to be player of the week. I hope I'm not the last eagle FME ever produces. Since its the end of the week, I would like to make crasstheboy the new player of the week, for jumping into FME with both feet. He battled panzer commander, Overkill and myself before he even tried the single player mode. He is doing well. Well played crass!

Normally admin's are not chosen, but this week Beez01 acheived the Golden Eagle, and deserves to be celebrated.

Hey there how you guys doing been a while lol! :P

At this moment, it's kinda slow, however, this community has had up's and down periods for as many years it has existed. It has survived many down periods, people strafe away to other games, but they most often come back.
When you enter this game's multiplayer, go into "Team Deathmatch" lobby. If all quiet, change lobby from time to time.
Also, I'd recommend the "Last Stand" DLC. This is a good place to test builds and weapons.
Last stand is also a good practice ground.
Without any practice, you will be pritty overrun the first matches.

Are some people still playing this game? I'm kinda on the fence to buy it just for the multiplayer part. And is the DLC's worth it?

I have known about this cheater for a long time. In the old days, he visited fme very rarely, so he was not a problem.
Lately he has visited more frequently, and I have now reported him to Steam for cheating.
Please notify whenever you encounter this person cheating, screenshot or post, I will see it.
If he continues visiting fme, I will take this matter further with Steam.

I just want to congratulate Lilu Minayii with his Golden Eagle.
We have only a few of those here in FME.
This decal recuires determination, dedication, and patience beyond what most have.

How to get this rare Golden Eagle decal? Very easy....
You just rank up to Commander, rank 70. Then you push the TOD button (Tour of Duty)
Then, when you have pushed that button, you lose all weapons, parts and battleskills you have earned, and start at private rank again,
Now you must rank up again, untill the rank 70, then push the same TOD button again.
This you must do 11 times only....
Then you have The Golden Eagle.

Easy as that......

I saw your post ar FMEC.
The amount of players may vary during the day. We have players from the whole world with different time zones.
Easiest way of finding players is this:
Always go to "Team Deathmatch" (standard map's)
If you are all alone, move to a different lobby every 30-40second.
Also, check out some of the admins friends list, there you can see who's playing FME right now. (Me, Beez01 and R-R-R)
