There is no skidrow.ini now, as you changed it to "pass.txt" but that doesn't change anything, feel free to explain why you need a VPN server when Steam does internet MP perfectly fine?

Just take a look at the civplayers.ru "VPN guide" why are you editing the "Skidrow.ini"? Skidrow being the author of the more popular hacked Civ5 torrent http://civplayers.ru/guides/Steam-VPN-guide-en And why even bother hosting a VPN to fool Cov5 into thinking it is on a LAN and not the internet? Steam works fine and provides a great service to MPers.....There is an idiot here but it is not me :P

Don't forget that "Own non-steam game server" is just a different way of saying that he supports pirated copies of Civ5, why else do you need an alternative to steam? And the real civplayers, civplayers.com , doesn't force people to play and report games to use their chat :-/
