Seems there is an issue with building rafts since the last patch. From what i have read need to add this to the game.ini file: bAllowPlatformSaddleMultiFloors=True.

Just wanted to say I've been on this server for a couple of days now and the people are very friendly! The map, while it's a little fantasy-ish for my tastes, still is quite interesting... and has some unusual features, including unexpected ways to find harvestable resources (such as angler gel that's available from a certain blue fungi or flower on land).
