type sm_help to see the cmd list

is there a list of server commands? i have been playing here a while, so more just curious if i am missing any. the ones i found on server and through playing are: !drop, !vb, !parachute, !vbc, !info, !stuck, !round, !vip, !bm_help, !bm_woundfeedback, !freezecam, drag, and i though there were more that still work but i dont remember off the top of my head. just wondering if there are more.

also, is the discord still active? the URL available from !info while playing the game is not active

Nice documentary. The only thing I didn’t like was him saying Windows 11 crashes the game, when in fact it’s BE anti-cheat.

Hey folks, I'm working on rebuilding the TUG Insurgency servers. I've been looking all over the internet and I can't find a copy of the !savelo plugin anywhere. Saw that the BM servers have it. Would somebody be willing to share a copy with me?

You’re not getting downloads from the server because you already have all the files via the Steam collection. The ‘security model’ errors are likely caused by a custom security mod you used on another server that isn’t used on the BM servers. If you’ve joined a different custom server, restart the game to unload any custom content it loaded.

Not sure why, but even after subscribing to the pinned mod collection, I am still seeing errors for the Security sides player model, was the mod for it taken down? I am also not getting a download for it from the servers.

Don't install battleye, these servers run without it

bot massacre! i need your help! i think, me and a few others have had issues with BattleEye bluescreening when trying to launch Insurgency.
I myself havent been able to play for months, because of it. Does anyone know a way to fix it or a work around?

Well windows 10 will stop getting updates soon... but still so many updates cause problems

I wonder if it because of the "Windows" update. Can always ask him to remove Battleye as that is usually the problem... and the BM servers don't require it.

I think now that the gameMe has gone its taken a bit of the stats mentality away from the game, now its just a game and no league stats to worry about. For the better I think.

Welcome back home @Zephyroku :) Sandstorm was so exciting when it came out, I played it religiously during the Beta/Pre-order. Was fun, but first thing I noticed was the smoke wasn't the same :(

After a long hiatus and a disappointing end to the Sandstorm saga, I've returned to join my brethren in the original Insurgency. :^]

BM is not a clan and powered by public.

How about a closed server/group then, members/Invite only ?. It would appear the admins maybe aren't bothered about whats happening ?. I'm sure there are plenty of willing people to join and plenty of people to exclude ?.
I don't know how you would go about this as I'm IT illiterate but I would join, if I'm allowed.

gotta love it when a dude with an mg runs past everyone to the bots spawn point and hold the trigger down, and cherry on top they call for revive when they die.

Tonka that's why I uninstalled the game. This is above comedy now. What the point of playing it as SOCOM style CO-OP shooter if everybody will start treat it as another Call of Duty in couple months/years?

Wow, the camping is getting absurd now. What is the point of playing when 1 or 2 players just camp spawns and spoil it for everyone else?

I don't know if its feasible but could the spawns be totally random on all maps, ie, they are different every time ? I'm no programmer so can only make suggestions, silly ones sometimes.
As for team killing, well i suppose there is !votekick etc in extreme cases or maybe the algorithm could learn who is bad and ban for longer periods at a time. Trouble is everything can be circumvented to an extent so this is probably one of my silly ideas.
Maybe even a private server where guests are accepted by invite and if they are naughty then the admins can evict them straight away with bans of variable/terminal length.
Unfortunately the BM servers are a victim of their own success as can be seen by the influx of new names and i have noticed longer waits to get a game now.
Maybe BM 4 & 5 ? should be subscribe able ?.
I enjoy playing and hopefully still will but the team player element has gone to the dogs and now its a free for all which is part of its evolution i suppose.
Any ideas ?.

Seems there's a lot of discontent with certain players not being cooperative sportsman like. Its a shame as the 2 servers were never like this, I have never had a problem with any of these guys or gals but have noticed an influx of new names possibly coming from call of duty blah blah blah as insurgency has a certain playable realism about it compared to the other trash out there and I've heard a lot of people talk about it as "the best first person shoot em up" there is. The dynamics of the game have changed from being a squad to get there first at all costs which actually is infectious as i find myself sometimes getting carried along with it too.

Oh and a happy new year to all too.

Does anyone else have problems with game crashing mid game on mainly bm1 but its been bm2 tonight. It might just be me but it seems to happen at least once a night now.
Hope someone can through some light on it for me, or i need a new pc
