The backed up posts are still coming but should stop eventually. The problem can also persist so long as 1) permissions allow any user to abuse the feature and 2) the events feature allows spamming posts like this. The problem has been reported to Steam Support many times but they refuse to fix it. Please do your best to notify the Admin (whichever of his 29 profiles he actually responds to). Yes, that user needs to banned for the intentional abuse. And permission to use the feature at all, unfortuantely, needs to be limited to trusted moderators, if anyone.
