Best Game Ever

Need help here. Whenever I search for multiplayer games in any mode or any settings it says no games found immediately. But when I create a public game sometimes someone will join and I can play with them. Does it mean there is something blocking me from joining other's people's games or are there never any public matches out there ever?!?

i think i know how to index tracks and when i finished downloading the top player campaign parts and tried to extract them i was unable to

cause megaupload takes a long time to download
