The team we are facing: http://www.ugcleague.com/team_page.cfm?clan_id=5786
Hey guys. Our pre-season match is @ 9:30 EST (6:30 for the West coast guys) tonight, AKA Monday 9:30 EST.
I want everyone to be, in the minimal, in TeamSpeak by 9:00 EST.
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT PLEASE GIVE US AT LEAST ONE HOUR NOTICE TO FIND SUBS. And don't make it an hour please. Give us at least a couple hours, since we'd like to go through some map-related things before the game.
If you'd read this send me a message confirming you did.

I made a thread on /r/tf2 asking for some advice on team work. There are only 2 replies right now, but the information is really good, and I enjoy how it highlights something we did highlight but did not put emphasis on - communication and filtering the signal vs. noise ratio (relevant information vs. random crap like saying "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sniper"). It also highlights that we should put emphasis on having one caller opposed to having the entire team call. Anyways, have a read, and put your thoughts down.

Save these two images and recite them. I compiled the mid push from the Heinsight video into these two images for all 9 classes. It will be helpful.

A very effective push is going straight for E with a Scout, Soldier, and detonator Pyro while your Medic, Heavy, and Demo cover the front spawn door and the Engineer protects the other (the one over B) with a level 3. It's possible to win the round in under a minute, meaning that the other team is going to HAVE to push E, so you can set up a proper defense. Problem is, if you get caught out by the defense, everything you have is going to get de_stroyed unless you can simply out-DM them up to the point. This strat does NOT work against higher-level teams and everyone has to have some damn good positioning and skill to pull it off.
