im getting this error:

2>.\grenade_heal.cpp(608) : error C3861: 'GetAbsOrigin': identifier not found

any ideas as to why? the function is already used throughout code in several places.

for those that want to get the rest of the java labs done for the semester, some of us will be meeting wednessday in 231. i'll be there from 8 to whenever. i'll also be working on the weapons lab for source.

Incase anyone gets 58 LNK error having to do with memoverride.obj go to Configuration Properties > Linker > Input > Ignore Specific Library for both server and client and add libc;libcd;libcmtd.

go into memoverride.cpp on line 727 and comment out

Assert(0);
}


Then it will build like a charm. This happen to me while setting it up for debug.

Yea... the Death Match props (like spawn poitns) are obsulete so need something else...

Hey heads up with the lab computers. Lee had this problem and I just ran into it but if you reset game configurations all the mods in the "Current Game:" list will be removed.

To add them back you have to go to
"Edit Game Configurations"
Click the "Add" button
Go to your mods directory (D:\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\myfirstmod)
Give it a name (Yes you can name it so it looks different inside the source sdk then what you actully called your mod. I suggest you dont for no duh reasons.)
And then you just need to restart the source SDK (not steam).

And to think my Oxycodone hit just as I reseted my game configs and actully helped.

Actully wait... I think I got the directory wrong, not exactly sure which folder to pick <_<... Since if I look at ep2 directory
(d:\steam\steamapps\noname6272\half-life 2 episode two\ep2)
It has something other then the actual base folder selected...

So yea... I've noticed that when I'm on pain killer meds I tend to put - instead of = signs and space instead of _.... 5 minutes of replacing not that bad thought ^_^
