47e Survey (July2020)

We have been doing small reviews of various aspects of the regiment over the past month and it feels like an appropriate time to conduct a survey. As many of you are aware, a merge is also being considered between the 47e and the 7.Fuß, so one of the sections is dedicated to that.

The new TeamSpeak server has been open for use for two days. Start using the new TeamSpeak and only use the old one for referencing old material, if required.

07/02/2018 - Company HQ Establishment

Zedic has seen fit to fill out the positions in the Company HQ to better manage the regiment as a whole. Command's expectation is for company staff to provide mainline support for the platoons.

Expect to see the following happen within the next week:

● Minor reorganization of platoon structure to reflect each platoon's current situation
● Clarification of expectations for each rank in the regiment
● Creation of Company Reserve Pool for temporarily inactive members
● Clean up of rosters and transfers to Company Reserve Pool
● Clean up of Master Roster & Steam Group Permissions

All changes will be thoroughly outlined prior to implementation. Please wait until after that period to ask detailed questions.

The largest content update for Holdfast so far has released! In addition to what we already experienced in the beta, the highly anticipated Prussian faction has arrived, complimented by two new coast guard units and servers that support multiple game modes.

We are testing the new maps and features for the Nr.9 Line Battle tonight!

NOTE: Backup your Stable branch files by copying the Holdfast game folder somewhere else on your computer before switching to the beta branch. This allows you to revert back to Stable without redownloading all the files.

To change your game from Stable branch to Beta branch, do the following:

1. Go to Holdfast in your Steam Library.
2. Right-click on Holdfast and select Properties.
3. In properties, select the Beta option in the top right.
4. Hit the drop down box and select the (beta -) option.

A 2.9GB update will be downloaded with the new content.

Make sure you have this downloaded well in advance of the event!

June roster sheets are up. Platoon commanders, clear out your inactive members and clean up your squads.

Adjutants, make sure the SL's and ASL's are updating the TeamSpeak channels every time there's a change in the squad.

Moving forward, at the very least , the recruiter MUST fill out THIS FORM [docs.google.com] for every recruit that is brought into the regiment. This builds us a database that contains important information about the cadets that we recruit.
