There's no need to shout; I don't think anyone here is deaf.

You have a game ban. Cheats aren't necessary for this, as there are various possible reasons.

Furthermore, bans are issued with a delay, so this round doesn't necessarily have to have been the trigger.
The ban is permanent and cannot be removed.

en el mensaje enviado la razon era el uso de programas externos y el unico que use era discord(para hablar con amigos mientras juego), ademas pague el estatus prime para llegar al nivel 10 y jugar faceit o premiere donde supuestamente hay menos chiteros, en el medio mi factor de confiabilidad bajo(mate a compañeros que estaban chiteeando o me sali del juego por que habia tramposos deel otro equipo) aun asi no creo que por eso me deban banear. por lo menos pido un renbolso del estatus prime

me encuentro muy disgustado por la formas en la que valve resuelve los problemas

EL hecho de pagar algo NO te da un tipo de inumunidad. SI usaste algo o tu comportamiento dentro del juego VA contra las reglas LA SANCIÓN de cualquier forma SE DARÁ.

dice que tengo aimbot por tener 4 armas con 100% head?,mira mi perfil no llevos mas de 100 horas y hace poco pague el pime,
el scout dice 100% de head hermano ni viste las estadisticas mate a 4 nomas con scout 4 tiros 4 kills
con la tec mate a 1, 1 disparo a la cabeza una muerte
con la dk mate 1 , 1 disparo a la cabeza una muerte
con la pbizon mate a uno solo y fue de head
