I was in a team with a cheater without knowing it and got banned for 7 days and after these days I started playing on Faceit and after 2 weeks I was banned forever

You have a GAME ban. GAME ban have nothing to do with VAC or these forums. GAME bans in CS2 are PERMANENT, NON-NEGOTIABLE and CANNOT BE REMOVED BY SUPPORT.
