9 day(s) since last ban
The account has a GAME ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.
Read: https://eo.steamhost.cc/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/4E54-0B96-D0A4-1557
As you will learn from the link cheating is not the only way to earn a game ban.
There's only one comment where you're called a bot, but it was almost a month before your game ban.
So it has nothing to do with your ban or the vac forum.
9 day(s) since last ban
as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban, irrelevant what it says ingame. Also there are a few reasons for a gameban, not just cheating. If you want the proper steps, then go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban
gameban cs2 - https://eo.steamhost.cc/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/4E54-0B96-D0A4-1557
Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.
The details on steam say it was due to reports, and Overwatch flagged my gameplay as irregular. How is that possible? I can’t understand and believe.
I deleted the comment in question. I have a screenshot. They only had to see one comment and they would start commenting en masse. You know how that works.
I get the confusion.
To put it simply, a VAC ban (on a profile) is one that was caught by the VAC system and the player automatically banned.
In the context of a "game ban" in CS2, the decision to ban you is not an automatic one by the VAC system but one decided by a group of appointed trusted players in the "overwatch" system. If they agree (based on evidence they see) that you are cheating, then the VAC system will proceed to ban you. In other words, you were deemed guilty by a jury of players and the ban was then enforced by VAC.
So there's no point appealing since a group of investigators have already seen evidence of your cheating and decided you were guilty. It wasn't an automated ban without any human oversight.
You can read more about the overwatch system here:
https://counterstrike.fandom.com/wiki/Overwatch
Best to look at what it says on your steam profile and not what it says ingame, as Valve haven't fix what it says ingame. also you don't get banned just on reports, overwatch means your gameplay was investigated by a few people and found that you were breaking the rules.
changing or deleting comments doesn't change anything.
Exactly. That's not the point. I'm saying this because the guy above said there are no defamatory comments on my profile (because I deleted them).
----------------------------------------
Dude, I swear on everything that's holy that I've never used cheats. I know that's not worth anything apparently, but it's how I can start.
Besides, look at my last few matches. That's 141 Faceit matches and 9 Premiere matches (to get the drop). You can see my stats on csstats or leetify (I always uploaded them from FaceIt).
How can a select group of players claim I use cheats when I didn't even play well in those Premiere matches? Furthermore, if I used cheats, I would surely have been banned beforehand on Faceit or something similar.
In other words, besides sounding very unfair, my ability to play, my investment of time and money, depends on a select group of people. This is unfair to me for two reasons:
1. I've never used cheats, macros, or programs and I got banned.
2. The gameplay, investment, and ethics of a person depend on a group of players, when supposedly the Overwatch system doesn't even officially exist.
You keep going on about cheats, but if you bothered to read the very first reply you would know that cheating isn't the only way to earn a game ban.

"no" and "bans are permanent, non-negotiable and cannot be removed by support."
