Store and stupid pop up

I wanted to search something in store this morning on the phone. Soon as I hit the search button this ad repeatedly pops up. I close it, tap the search bar again and it pops up again.
Closing it does nothing it just pops back. All you can do is minimize the ad and drag it to the side.

What the actual fk?

This is happening to me, too. The iOS app is completely unusable.

What ad? There shouldn't be any type of ads like this in the mobile app. Especially ones you can drag around the screen.
