anyone having troubles with selling items on the market?
for the last week i've noticed that steam trading cards do not sell immediately, even when being sold for lowest buy offer price. i have 10 pages of emoticons and wallpapers not sold for like a week now, what is exactly wrong?

I speak Japanese and am not fluent in other languages.
I apologize if my explanation is inaccurate.

It seems that there have been recent adjustments to fees and minimum prices.
As a result, Japanese people now have to pay at least 6 JPY for items that previously cost 0.03 JPY. That's 200 times more.

When selling, the price used to be adjustable in increments of 0.01 JPY, but now it can only be adjusted in increments of 1.00 JPY, meaning it is no longer possible to offer items at a lower price.

The situation will probably vary depending on the currency, but perhaps this is the cause?

well, as far as you've explained it, it still does not make sense, since my price i've set for the item is the same as the price of the cheapest buy offer for this item, so it should've been sold already, but it isn't

You're correctly trying to sell at the lowest price in your country.
However, due to Steam's recent adjustments, the market price displayed from our country is higher.

For example, the minimum input value for Japan has increased dramatically from
0.01 -> 0.02 -> 0.03
to
1.00 -> 2.00 -> 3.00.

A user from country A listed it for $0.01.

A user from country B listed it for €0.01.

A Japanese person who finds this item will see two units for sale at 2 yen each.

Under normal circumstances, one would have been listed on the market for 1.6 yen and the other for 1.8 yen.
If I were to buy this item for 2 yen, I would likely end up buying it from the user selling it for 1.6 yen.

A user from country B is selling it at the minimum price, but no one is buying it.
