So yesterday I wanted to change my steam account i have a spare one.i wanted to change accounts clicked the button for it and normally it will show a window where you can change the accounts.
In my case it said loading… and then basically crashed.after that it began I couldnt start steam wether it was normal or as an admin.

Then i tried different things like clearing the steam cache,flush config commands didnt work either. I tried dns flushes windows defender also doesnt seem to be the problem and then i watched videos which said i have to go into %localappdata% clear everything regarding steam (nothing of that worked steam briefly opens a window for a split second and updates and vanishes, does also not respond at all like it does nothing). I also tried something like vgui commands and literally everything i could find but nothing worked regedit something something didnt work either im at a complete loss.

Then i reinstalled windows but not completely it was the option where you can keep some of the data on the pc (surprise —didnt work—)

Then I did a complete windows reset which cleared every bit of data on that pc and it didnt work

On the contrary it made it worse another Program from Corsair which is responsible for the RGB on my keyboard (corsair ICUE) had exactly the same problem. Both steam and icue went through the installer, installed everything and after that it doesnt open it just does nothing.

And obviosly I tried the easy things like restarting the pc or reinstalling steam



Please if someone can help i would very much appreciate the help it is desperately needed.
