What's the problem in begging on steam?

What's the problem in begging on steam? I wanna buy a game so i decide to ask for help to someone to buy it, and someone report the post, bro, what's the problem in as for help to buy a geme?

That online_conduct and also the steam subscriber document are important(especially since you violated it/them).
This little maneuver is gonna cost you a few days in the hole.
