Valve killed gaming on Intels MacOS

If you have a Mac with an Intel processor, Valve will not allow any longer to fully download and expands into an executable the games that you've bought on STEAM.

Games purchase on GOG gives you the ability to download and run the executable without a fuss. Valve in pursuit of making the store more and more bloated with ads, has completely bricked the ability to access the games that you purchased.

Valve can fix this - let them know that the practice to brick access to your games is not ok.

It has nothing to do with Intel Macs. The only thing they have dropped support for is old outdated versions of MacOS, which they do for Windows as well. They have been doing this for over a decade and will continue to.

Steam is far from the only software that drops support for old outdated OS's in favor of new technologies.

You may want to say glued to the past, but don't expect the rest of the world to do the same.

Apple dropped support for older MacOS versions aswell as Intel hardware, Valve is just following. Please refer to official Apple publications regarding Apple products and their support.
