Vmex problems!
There is not the appilcation i usally use to decompile maps!here is all there is! http://puu.sh/3kCrg.jpg the highlighted stuff and i tryed re-downloading it but it still wasnt there!pls help and let me know if this happened to you to

It's the .jar file - it's a Java program. Always read the readme - they're there to help you. Double click VMEX and run it. If it doesn't then you might have a Java problem.
