Need advice on preparing to go on a roller coaster
Last time I want on one I tore a muscle in my shoulder (my mates told me I was tensing too much) but I've been invited again and this time I don't want to be caught unawares again, so what do I need to do to makes sure I don't end up injured and/or sick again?

close your eyes and go loose, same thing in any sort of crash if you tense up you are gonna have a bad time.

I'll def try but I have a feeling that my mates are going to want to go on the exact ride that tore my muscle the last time and that thing is a sheer, almost 90 degree drop
I've been on a million roller-coasters and never hurt anything. Relax, you'll be fine. Hands up when you go down the first hill.

If your injury isn't healed or you are at risk of hurting yourself again id avoid that ride personally, but sarge gave good advice just go loose and have fun maybe scream a little lol :bluerune::luv:

I would say it's mostly healed, still hurts if I put pressure. Both you and Sarge are right of course, what about my head though? Should I keep my head loose as well?

Yeah good idea!
Start with a simple and undemanding one, then increase the difficulty. That's how you do it with everything.

You don't need to do anything. You've been on it before. You already know what to expect. It won't be as bad the second time.
