Designer of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, co-founder of the original Call of Duty and many titles after. Also the founder of Respawn (Titanfall+Apex) and then the man credited for him and his team saving the Battlefield series.

One hell of a career especially in the late 90's to early 2000's where his innovative work had a timeless impact on the industry.

I did not see this before I posted, brb after a quick thread delete.

Most likely excessive speed and he lost control coming out of the tunnel. What a shame for him and his passenger who died a bit later at the hospital.
