Cannot change my region to USA whenever i ask stema support

so i have like a 50%$ steam gift card i ask steam support to change my region but sadly they didnt change it, are there ways to put my gift card ?

gift cards cannot be used to change regions. you need an external payment like a credit card from the region you are changing to.

changing regions is done when you are moving to or going to be living in another region for an extended period of time (few to several months)
