The What's New shelf should.

Use th What's New shelf. You can further filter by enabling the "Only show product updates no other types of events and news" by clicking the gear icon byt he "Whats New" shelf

Also in the "News" feed y ou can filter by just "CONTENT UPDATES" which will only show any patch news for your games. To further narrow down only check off "Library" and "Recently Played" as this will fiter games that you've actually played recently, not every possible game in your library. Uncheck "wishlist" and "Following" or this will give you patch notes for every game in your wishlist which depending on how much you've got in there, can be very noisy. Uncheck "Featured" too as this throws in a bunch of odd things into the feed.

This does require the dev actually use the Patch Notes system though.
