Valve already tried coupons like that... they aren't around anymore... very much doubt they will ever come back.
Basically you want free stuff. The points are a bonus given when you buy stuff, you should not be able to convert them to money.
Everything that you would buy with that money would come out of Valves own pocket.
If they ever did something like that I doubt it would be for anything less then 10,000 to 100,000 points per dollar.
4. Kann man im Punkteshop irgendwie filtern?
Vielen Dank
1. No, the points shop only has animated avatars.
Normal avatars (without animations) from your purchased games are shown directly in your profile settings: https://eo.steamhost.cc/steamcommunity_com/my/edit/avatar
Under Your avatars there should be a button called See All.
2. In your Steam client: Steam menu > Settings > Accessibility > Reduce Motion
If you turn this on, avatars & frames will no longer animate on forums & profiles!
They will still animate in the points shop, in miniprofiles and on your wishlist!
This only applies to your Steam client!
EDIT: For your browser, you have to turn off animations in Windows:
Windows 10:
Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Show animations in Windows (disable)
Windows 11:
Settings > Accessibility > Visual Effects > Animation Effects (disable)
3. They are probably items from "adult only" games (hidden in Germany) or games which are not available in your chosen languages.
4. You can search for titles / game names in each category (avatars, backgrounds, etc).
The search field is at the top left of the page (inside the sidebar).
You can also click on a collection / game to show only items from that collection / game.
